The Contract is to appoint an organisation to act as an “awarding body” to administer the award of grants from the various funds within Luton Rising’s CFP. Luton Rising has requested Luton Council to act as its agent in this procurement.

The aim of the service is to provide an independent, open and transparent method of awarding donations to individual organisations or to groups of providers that is appropriate to the nature and intentions of each of the separate funds.
