As part of the wider provision of Sexual Health services, Relationship and Sex Education can contribute to the development of a positive understanding of relationships and sexuality, to empower individuals in line with their needs and experiences. BCUHB (the Commissioner) are seeking to commission the provision of this bespoke education to support the needs of vulnerable individuals who would benefit from receiving additional support and education.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The provision of a sexual health education and support programme for vulnerable children and young adults. The programme will need to deliver the intended aims and outcomes for participants resulting in an improved overall sex and relationship knowledge and awareness, as well as increasing their confidence and resilience of sexual health and relationships.

In addition, there will also be a requirement for the provision of bespoke sex and relationship training programme for BCUHB staff (and relevant partner organisations) to support the delivery of high quality RSE practice pan BCU.
