Engagement process description
Liverpool City Council is seeking to appoint suitably experienced providers to deliver high‑quality care and support services across five Extra Care Housing schemes within the city boundary:
Lot 1: Brookside House, Brookside Avenue, Liverpool, L14 7LN
Lot 2: Latham Court, Bridgemere Close, Liverpool, L7 0LS
Lot 3: Linksview, Vale Road, Liverpool, L25 7FB
Lot 4: Meadow Court, Porchfield Close, Liverpool, L11 9DT
Lot 5: Millachip Court, White Rock Street, Liverpool, L6 5LA
This procurement is a key component of the Council's commitment to delivering its vision for Adult Social Care: "Working together, we will enable Liverpool residents to live full, active lives; to live independently and to play an active part in their local communities."
To coincide with the publication of the Extra Care tender pack, Liverpool City Council will be hosting an information session for prospective bidders on Friday 6th March from 10-11:00am. This session will be undertaken via MS Teams.
