We are seeking the services of a skilled and experienced professional/organisation to design, develop and deliver a hybrid learning programme designed to translate the Leadership and Management Framework into practice, supported by an OD toolkit of interventions including action learning sets and activities to develop a community of leaders and managers across PHW.

The Public Health Wales Leadership and Management Framework (LMF) supports the delivery of our Long-Term Strategy through setting out how our leaders and managers work and behave, creating a culture where all our people can thrive and deliver across each part of the organisation - from those working on the front lines of infection services, to those producing knowledge, research and insights that influence policy. Being Our Best, along with the Leadership and Management Framework, sets out the complete and clear understanding of ‘how’ you as a manager and leader go about doing ‘what’ you do, whist putting the organisation’s values of working together, with trust and respect, to make a difference at the heart of everything we do.
