This service is funded through the Place Based Business Support (PBBS) programme which is a UK Shared Prosperity (UKSPF) funded programme delivered by Liverpool City Council and the other Liverpool City Region (LCR) Local Authorities.

UKSPF is a key funding source to support UK government’s levelling up agenda. UKSPF is the UK’s domestic replacement for the European Structural and Investment Fund (ESIF), aimed at boosting regeneration, employment and skills.

Liverpool City Council do not guarantee any level of business through this Framework Agreement. Demand will be on an ad-hoc basis and subject to business needs. Any volumes or values provided within the documentation are for indicative purposes only and there is no guarantee of any spend through this framework agreement.

• Provision of Action Plan for Growth focused on the initial steps the business must take

• Utilisation and completion of all required PBBS paperwork as part of the client registration, eligibility evidence, subsidy control, diagnostic notes and action plan.

• Awareness of support available outside of the PBBS programme which could be relevant to the business.
