Northumberland County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver Bikeability training, as set out in the National Standards for Cycle Training. Bikeability is the Department for Transport’s national award provider for training within England. Core training will be delivered at Levels 1-2, 2 and 3 together with a number of Bikeability Plus Modules, including, but not limited to, Bikeability Balance, Bikeability Fix, Ride, Bikeability Transition plus Promotion and Transition based on the County Council’s grant allocation to all eligible pupils in Schools throughout Northumberland.
