The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (EOECPH) on behalf of the Ambulance sector and wider emergency services (e.g. Police, Coast Guard, etc.) across England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland are inviting interested suppliers to a market engagement session for our intended Emergency Medical Consumables and Equipment (EMC&E) Framework agreement.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

This PIN is to alert the market to the future tender opportunity and to advertise our intention to hold a market engagement session.
Our market engagement purpose is to:
a) Advise of change of framework agreement name (Why and what)
b) Advise of our lotting strategy and test for alignment with the market.
c) Understand Market Capability & Capacity to meet the requirements of the intended Framework agreement.
d) Advise of scope of new framework agreement. (What’s in & out of scope)
e) Advise and discuss our Commercial application intentions.
f) Advise and discuss our approach toward a Database application.
g) Discuss our Activity Based Income (ABI) application.
Market Engagement session(s) will be held at:
Thursday 4th July, Victoria House, Capital Park, Fulbourn, Cambridge, CB21 5XB.

By expressing your interest, you will be permitted to bring no more than x2 individuals from each organisation.

There will be two sessions held on the day.

Session 1 – Designed for Suppliers of:
Lot 1 – Emergency Medical Consumables - Direct from manufacturers and Lot 3 – Emergency Medical Equipment - Direct from Manufacturer

Session 1 will start at 10.00am – collection from reception at 9.45am. Anticipated length of time for this session is approx. 90 minutes.

There may be a potential separate session at the end of the main presentation, for suppliers who are not registered with GS1, to talk through the process of onboarding.

Refreshments will be available on arrival.

Session 2 – Designed for Suppliers of:
Lot 2 – Emergency Medical Consumables Wholesaler - Wholesaler Logistics service
Session 2 will start at 1.00pm – collection from reception at 12.45pm. Anticipated length of time for this session is approx. 2 hours.

Refreshments will be available on arrival.

two.2.14) Additional information

Delegates will need to report to reception at Victoria House, where you will be collected from the reception area and taken to the presentation room as per the times for each session outline above. Onsite parking is available, no charges apply, however there may be a barrier in place, which will need activation from reception.
