CHP wishes to commission a single contractor for the provision and collection of skips and containers for commercial and hazardous waste, predominantly from Myriad House. Other addresses within the CHP area may be needed from time to time.

The contract will include the sorting and recycling of the resulting mixed industrial, commercial, hazardous and general waste to enable CHP to achieve its ambition of zero waste to landfill.

Environmental and sustainability considerations to assist CHP to keep its carbon footprint as low as possible. It is important therefore that the waste processing plant is located within easy reach of Myriad House, ideally within 25 miles.

The contract will be for four years with an option to extend for up to twenty four months subject to satisfactory performance and at CHP's discretion.
