NOTIFICATION OF INTENTION TO AWARD: Psychosocial Support For People Living With Dementia services are integrated with the Brighton and Hove City Council Ageing Well Service and need to be delivered in existing established community locations across Brighton and Hove. This service is delivered at the following locations: St Richard's Community Centre in Hangleton and Knoll, Cornerstone Community Centre, Palmeira Square Hove and at the Woodingdean Community Centre. An estimated 55 separate psychosocial activities are delivered each quarter.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the Most Suitable Provider process

The contract award date was Monday 17th March 2025.

The contract will cover the service for 18 months from 1st April 2025 until 30th September 2026.

Total contract value over the 18 month period = £133,875.00

There were no conflicts of interest in the decision making process.
