Description
Middlesbrough Council employs non Social Work qualified staff in its Adult and Children's Social Care Services. These staff require RQF and associated training to ensure they deliver safe and effective services, promoting independence well-being and choice whilst meeting the requirements of OFSTED, DfE and the DOH.
