The successful Contractor(s) will be required to Supply, Deliver, and Install three generic types of Bus Shelters based on the same modular design to specified sites, on an as and when required basis.
• Type A - Fully Enclosed
• Type B - Cantilever with End Advertising Panel x2
• Type C - Cantilever
• Type D - Cantilever with Narrow Roof
• Type E - Cantilever with Ends
• Type F - Cantilever with Front/Rear Advertising Panel x2
Durham County Council anticipates replacing and renewing approximately 20-30 bus shelters per annum through this Framework Agreement.
The Council intends to invite the 5 highest scoring bidders to tender, subject to having passed Part 1, Part 2, and the other sections of Part 3, and achieved a minimum weighted score of 65% for the Technical Questions.
Following this tender exercise, a maximum number of three bidders who achieve the highest weighted tender scores will be awarded a position on the Framework.
