Description

Business Operations (BOps) and Enforcement Operations (EOps) for Road User Charging (RUC), including IT systems and related services.The BOps Service will support all current RUC Schemes and any potential future road and infrastructure charging schemes.The scope includes the detailed design, development, configuration, integration, testing, and implementation of scalable IT systems and services for both Business Operations and Enforcement Operations. It encompasses ongoing continuous operation, support and maintenance of the systems and services, alongside data quality analysis and collaboration with other RUC and third-party suppliers.The service provider will be responsible for the operation of the end-to-end BEOps Service.
