Description

RBC are completing a Framework exercise for the provision of Targeted Short Breaks Framework - The Children’s Act 1989 and Breaks for Carers of Disabled Children Regulations 2011 place a duty on local authorities to provide services designed to minimise the effect of their disability on disabled children, to give children the opportunity to lead lives which are as normal as possible and assist individuals who provide care for disabled children to continue to do so, or to do so more effectively, by giving them breaks from caring.

Suppliers that would like to take part in this process are invited to "Express Interest" upon which they will be given access to the full documentation delivered through this portal. Documents can be accessed from the "My Tenders" area of this website by selecting the "View Details" button for the project.

Expressions of interest will only be accepted until 25/03/2026.
