The Authority is tendering for Supported Accommodation for Young People to provide a sufficient and varied range of supported accommodation across the county.
These Services will support the Authority to fulfil its sufficiency duty in relation to Looked After Children and to improve outcomes for Care Leavers and Homeless people.
The Services will be provided in several ways:
• Core Support and Visiting Support (building based)
• Dispersed Visiting Services
• Core Support and Dispersed Visiting Service for Teenage Parents
• Supported Lodgings
• Combined Families
The procurement is separated into the following Lots:
