two.1.4) Short description
Derry City and Strabane District Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderer for the Development and Delivery of Child Friendly Mapping within Eight Local Community Growth Partnership Board Areas. Council seeks submissions for the project management, design and delivery of child rights mapping workshops, structured creative voice workshops to create bespoke illustrative artwork for child friendly community maps and pilot approaches with Local Growth Partnerships to hear the voice of children and young people. The successful applicant(s) will liaise with Council Officers to identify and agree content which aligns with a Child Rights Based Approach (CRBA). As this is a new approach to creating systemic change within a localised system there is time and budget built in for effective exploration, reflection and review. The outcome/ impact and influence that the children and young people voices have is as important as the design and delivery. It is important that all partners are aligned and bought into the process to ensure the maps are then used on an ongoing basis for child rights mapping exercises. Artwork and associated materials should meet access and inclusion best practice guidelines. This piece of work includes project management, creation and delivery of workshops, design and print management. Your submission must be submitted via etendersNI, via this CFT.
