Description of risks to contract performance
Identified risks which could require changes to the agreement to accommodate are as follows:
1. Increase in the number of Carers requiring support and accessing the service. The capacity within the contract must enable us to respond to increased demand. This area is of strategic importance to both adults and children, so it is high risk. We need the ability to respond by expanding the contract.
2. Possible changes to legislation or policy.
3. The use of Artificial Intelligence will require clear oversight and governance of any use and possible amendments to contractual terms.
4. Possible divergence of requirements of the collaborating parties to the agreement which may require either changes to the agreement or possible withdrawal of one or more of the partners.

The bidders invited to make a presentation will be scored (0 - 5) based on the content of their presentation and responses to subsequent questions
