The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to notify the market of the intention to procure a service provider to assist Westminster City Council with the delivery of cleansing, maintenance and regulatory compliance of the public conveniences located across the city.

The City Council is seeking a single Service contract to provide cleaning, regulatory compliance, maintenance, and the overall management of 14 public conveniences, eight of which are in the West End.

A programme of refurbishment is ongoing to modernise each site to improve the standard of the facilities. Works are expected to be completed by summer 2026.
