The Midlands Net Zero Hub with support from its accountable body Nottingham City Council is seeking quotes from sufficiently experienced and qualified suppliers to provide project evaluation services related to the Home Decarbonisation Skills Training Competition (HDSTC).

The evaluation of the Skills Training Competition aims to assess the extent to which the Skills Training Competition has achieved its stated aims and objectives and to identify successes and challenges faced in its delivery and implementation. Findings from the evaluation will be used by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero to inform future policy developments.
