1. Invitation to Submit an Initial Tender (ISIT)
2. ISIT responses will be evaluated by ACC against published evaluation criteria and associated methodologies, with a maximum of the top 5 scoring Tenderers (having
achieved a minimum pass mark of 60% being invited to the subsequent presentation sessions; Tenderers not achieving the minimum pass will not progress further in the
process.
3. Invitation to Participate in Presentation (IPP)
4. Following evaluation of the ISIT responses, qualifying Tenderers will be invited to the IPP stage.
5. Presentation sessions are intended to assist ACC in understanding Tenderer approaches to delivering ACC requirements and may result in modifications to the BAFO tender
documentation, including evaluation criteria and weightings
6. Invitation to Submit Best and Final Offer (BAFO)
7. Following the evaluation of the ISIT and on completion of the IPP stage, ACC will issue an Invitation to Submit a BAFO.
8. BAFO responses will be evaluated by ACC against published evaluation criteria and associated methodologies,
9. The results of the BAFO evaluation will be communicated to Tenderers in accordance with the requirements of PA2023.
