The work shall comprise of
. Removal of partition walls blow the roof hatch and scan room to allow the removal and installation of the MRI.
. Removal of the RF cage.
. Removal of the existing chillers.
. Removal of the floor within the tech room.
. Removal of existing flooring.
. Redundant electrical wiring removed back to the local distribution board and decommission, including all existing ducting and wiring from existing equipment complete with that recessed in floor. Strip-out all redundant wiring and containment previously installed for the MRI Scanner equipment and dispose of.
. Remove all redundant cupboards, worktops, fixtures and fittings within the existing examination room and offer back to client for re-use/dispose of as required.
. Remove all redundant mechanical & electrical equipment.
. Alter medical gases to suit the new RF cage layout.
. Replace the flooring throughout.
