Description
Provision of grass cutting and grounds maintenance services - including grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, green waste removal.
Lot 1. King George V Playing Field & Meadow
Description
Grass mowing services of sports pitches, playgrounds and meadow as per the Schedule and Plan.
Lot 2. Churchyard and Cemetery
Description
Grass mowing services of cemetery and churchyard, as per the Schedule and Plan. Arisings to be collected. Remove and dispose of material from 2x green waste areas annually.
Lot 3. Westwoods Centre / Ward Road
Description
Grass mowing services of lawns to front and side of community centre building and playground, as per the Schedule and Plan.
Trim hedges once per year in winter (see Plan).
Chemical control of weeds and moss on hard surfaces including car park, rear patio and pathways.
Lot 4. Verges & War Memorial
Description
Grass mowing services of highway verges, amenity land, and the War Memorial, as per the Schedule and Plan.
Lot 5. Grassland
Description
Certain verge areas managed for biodiversity are to be cut and the arisings removed in the second half of July and September.
