The Contracting Authority is tendering for the commission of a Pitch Advisory Service deliver partner to lead all aspects of the service delivery from 1st April 2024 to the 31st of May 2028. By 2030, we want to ensure grassroots football has 20,000 'good' quality pitches to enjoy. As part of this tender, the contracting authority us also supporting the delivery ambitions of the England and Wales Cricket Board, The Rugby Football Union and the Rugby Football League through providing funding for the Pitch Advisory Service (PAS).

This value may increase or decrease. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with all or part of the Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority will not, under any circumstance, reimburse any expense incurred by Applicants in preparing their tender submissions
