The framework will deliver reactive and planned mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance at Kings Cross & St Pancras (Platforms A & B) stations, as well as maintenance for the Power Signal Box (PSB) at Kings Cross.

Justification for not publishing a preliminary market engagement notice
A preliminary market engagement was carried out for the Eastern Region Mechanical & Electrical Services Framework (previously known as Building Services), the original intention was to include Kings Cross & St Pancras stations, but will remain as a separate framework.
