The Common Services Agency is seeking to appoint an external partner to provide support to NHS Scotland’s finance community through the development of the NHS Scotland Finance Academy (the Academy). The partner will assist in upskilling and developing NHS Scotland’s finance professionals through structured training, leaderships skills, technology advancements and wider engagement support. NHS Scotland aims to work towards a strategic and value adding finance profession, ultimately improving both recruitment and retention.
