Single supplier - intellectual property or exclusive rights
As far as we are currently aware, the only source available to the University to source Proleukin from is a pharmaceutical company in Ireland, who have exclusive distribution rights from the US manufacturer. We are currently chasing a formal confirmation of this, following an informal confirmation being received previously. Once this confirmation is received, we intend on directly awarding to the Irish distributor.
