Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust is looking to identify and partner with a manufacturer of self-testing emergency lighting solutions which have the capability to monitor, report, record testing to BS5266 and create a logbook.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust is looking to identify and partner with a manufacturer of self-testing emergency lighting solutions which have the capability to monitor, report, record testing to BS5266 and create a logbook. The solution should be integrated with traditional lighting control systems with the following functionality:

- Dimming

- Presence detection

- Absence detection

- Reporting defects

The lighting control system will be accessed remotely and be able to display the energy consumed in kWhr, including:

- Daytime

- Night time

- Daily (last 24 hours)

- Monthly

- Annually

The solution should have the capability to be retrofitted to existing lighting systems as well being fully integrated with new luminaires.
