The Council is seeking to appoint a supplier to secure the services of a suitably qualified and reliable supplier, to undertake the day-to-day cleaning of all public and staff areas at the Floral Pavilion Theatre & Conference Centre, Marine Promenade, New Brighton CH45 2JS
