To establish the second version of the current Medium Works framework with The Eduction Alliance. This national framework covers Works projects between £250k and £10m in value, within the UK for the whole of the public sector. The framework will aim to provide the public sector with a Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR2015) compliant procurement vehicle that enables public authorities to be able to purchase from local, as well as national Contractors. The Framework term will be 4 years with no option to extend from January 2023. The framework shall be open to all public sector bodies within the UK, including, but not limited to:• Schools, Academies, Further Education & Universities• Local Authorities• NHS• Blue Light• Independent and Private SchoolsThe framework agreement would be let on a national basis
