Scope
Description
The University of Birmingham requires a comprehensive Leadership Development Programme aimed at enhancing the strategic leadership capabilities of its senior leaders, Heads of School, and Heads of Department. This initiative is designed to support the University's goal of being among the top 50 universities globally by 2030.
Key Components:
Senior Development Programme: A one-year intensive programme for senior leaders.
Role-Specific Support for Heads of School: Annual workshops and action learning sets.
Role-Specific Support for Heads of Department: Annual workshops and practical skill development sessions.
