two.2.4) Description of the procurement

UKRI wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of UKRI-3059 IUK Demand Led Innovation (DLI) Programme Support Services. This requirement is for the provision of programme support services to enable the delivery of a pilot Demand-Led Innovation (DLI) programme by Innovate UK (IUK). The overall aim of the DLI pilot is to investigate how IUK can deploy DLI as a successful intervention mechanism for unlocking the scaling of new clean technology solutions. It is expected this will be done by developing a DLI process that is generally applicable to any industrial sector and test it in a given industrial sector. The contract will run from September 2023 to 31st March 2025.
