The Council is seeking to find a provider for care and support services at Furlong Close, Devizes, Wiltshire. Those services shall include, residential care, supported living and day services.
The focus is on individuals being supported in their own home wherever possible when they continue to require an ongoing support service. Goals and outcomes will still be identified for these individuals and providers should work in a way that will enable the person to achieve them in a timely way.
The procurement is subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) and the requirements cover services falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015).

FTS procedures include a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award oft he contract is communicated to bidders. This period allows unsuccessful bidders to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Such information should be requested from Wiltshire Council.
