Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) has secured Social Housing Decarbonisation Funding from BEIS to improve the energy efficiency of 504 properties by the end of March 2023, and are looking to appoint a consultant to support a programme of retrofits using a fabric first approach to install energy efficiency measures to improve the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) of a number of domestic properties located within the Rushcliffe Borough Council district.
