two.1.4) Short description

Kent County Council are commissioning a range of community based wellbeing services that are designed to promote well-being for older people (aged 55+), adults with dementia, adults with physical disabilities, adults with sensory impairments and carers.

These community-based wellbeing services will be split into both geographic and service lots in order to best meet the differing needs and support requirements of the eligible Kent population. This is the second phase of a staggered procurement process.that will procure the contract lots detailed in Section II.2.

The Contracts will commence on 1st April 2022 and will run for a period of three years (expiring 31st March 2025), with the option for two extensions of up to one year each at the discretion of the Council, unless terminated in accordance with the published Conditions of Contract.
