Commissioning a new model of Children’s Emotional Health & Wellbeing provision in Wirral - Market Engagement Sessions
We are inviting all interested stakeholders to attend a market engagement session to find out more about the plans for commissioning a new model of children’s emotional health and wellbeing provision in Wirral. This is planned to be in place from April 2024 onwards, and includes key functions such as a Single Point of Access, a digital platform, marketing and communications, as well as direct support services for children, young people and their parents/carers.
The session will be an opportunity for discussion and feedback around the proposed model, as well as the proposed contracting approach. We will also provide an outline of the proposed project timeline.
There will be two sessions and interested stakeholders are invited to choose which one they would prefer to attend:– one face-to-face in Wirral on 15th June (arrival from 2:30pm, for a 3pm start, with a 4pm finish), and one online on 16th June (12 noon-1pm). Slides and information will be shared with all attendees after the event.

Confirmation and full details of the requested session will then be sent to you via email. Please note, places are limited for either session and will be allocated on a first response basis. There is also a maximum allowance of one representative per organisation.
The procurement process is then due to commence in August/September 2023. The procurement will be advertised on the UK Find a Tender Service (FTS) and on Contracts Finder in compliance with UK public sector procurement obligations.
