The provision of a Waste Transfer Station (WTS) for the acceptance of garden waste and onward transfer via bulk haulage to a designated waste disposal site.
Also in scope of this contract is the inclusion of additional waste streams that may become necessary throughout the term.

Description of possible extension:
The contract may be extended beyond the Initial 5 year Term by a further period of up to 60 months in either a singular or multiple extension period/s. The contract shall terminate at the end of such extension period unless terminated earlier in accordance with the contract.
If the Authority wishes to extend this contract it shall give the Supplier at least three months' written notice of such intention before the expiry of the Initial Term.
