The Trust has procured the following goods and services, all of which were included for both in the original contract notice and within the contract itself:
- PAS Upgrades and Reconfiguration
- Document Exchange Module
- Clinical Narrative Module
- Clinical Data Warehouse module
- Additional APIs
- ePMA Module
- Mobile ePMA Module

The Trust has procured the relevant implementation services and will incur the standard service and maintenance charges required to support the modules.

The Trust has also taken this opportunity to exercise its right to extend the contract in accordance with the pre-agreed term. The Trust has extended the contract by a further 3 years with expiry now in September 2028.

The Trust has made any relevant but immaterial changes to the contract to reflect its updated solution and also to accommodate new standards, regulations, and updates as is prudent on any contract modification.

seven.2.2) Reasons for modification

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

The Trust is obliged by NHSE to meet the DCF standard for its EPR solutions by early 2026. These change represent the minimum investment required to achieve this mandatory standard. The Trust is reciveing funding from the NHSE Frontline Digitsation programme for this uplift and has been approved to use the change control approach to achieve these outcomes.

seven.2.3) Increase in price
