Swindon Borough Council would like to invite tenders from suitably competent and qualified companies to pre fabricate public toilet facilities for the Fleming Way Improvement scheme. The building is to include 2 x standard unisex toilets, 2 x fully accessible toilets and 1 x Changing Places room as per the specification document attached to this tender invitation. Foundations and utilities will be provided by our principal contractor (Colas) upon receipt of a detailed design.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Swindon Borough Council would like to invite tenders for the provision of pre-fabricated toilet facilities as part of the Fleming Way Improvements Scheme.
The building is to be pre-fabricated and is to include 2 x standard unisex toilets, 2 x fully accessible toilets and a Changing Places facility which is to meet the required standards and be certifiable by Changing Places UK once complete.
Full details relating to the provision of toilet facilities are supplied in the tender documents.
To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. Contract Period
The contract will be initially for a period of 6 months commencing Jan/Feb 2025 as per the contract terms and conditions. It is envisaged that the opportunity will realise a contract value of up to £260k.
