The provision of four Emergency Care Practitioners (ECPs) within South Hambleton and Ryedale Primary Care Network. ECPs will be responsible for patient triage and prioritising patients for giving advice or arranging assessment via telephone, text, econsultation, face to face appointment or home visit, and will manage the patient accordingly.
