Maltby Learning Trust (MLT) consists for 3 secondary and 4 primary academies. Currently the service is operated 'In House'. MLT are seeking a sole catering provider to provide a foodservice, within the existing facilities, to six of the schools (2 secondary and 4 primary academies); one on the Donacster area and five in the Rotherham area.
The number of pupils on each site ranges from 221 - 1,195 and each setting has different requirement in relation to the amount of serving areas and positive dining experiences. The Trust would require the successful supplier to review the current range of services and make recommendations accordingly.

- Daily homemade desserts, including fresh fruit options.
- Fully tailored service to each academy.
