Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of Family Support Services - Public Health Nursing.The Contract Period for this Contract is an initial period of 4 years 3 months with the option to extend to a further 2 years (1+1). Therefore, the maximum duration of this Contract could be 6 years 3 months. Further information in regards to this opportunity can be found in II.2.4 and VI.3 below. Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of Family Support Service - Public Health NursingThis Contract is to provide Hertfordshire with an integrated 0 to 19 (up to 25 for Care Leavers and SEND young people) Public Health Nursing (PHN) Service. The Service Specification will require the following three elements within it:• Provision of specialist clinical public health nursing services• Digital solutions• Education and Prevention initiativesThe Contract Period for this Contract is an initial period of 4 years 3 months with the option to extend to a further 2 years (1+1). Therefore, the maximum duration of this Contract could be 6 years 3 months. Lots have not been used for this Contract as the Council is looking to award one single Contract to one Contractor. This approach aims to ensure greater system leadership and accountability, streamlined processes, and a strategic whole system approach to Service delivery. This procurement will be conducted in line with the Health Care Services Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Regulation 2023 and the Council's intends to award a contract in line with those Regulations.This procurement is an open process.
