This open Light Touch Regime tender is to commission a service to support people with Learning Disabilities to contribute to the co-production of services in Worcestershire. Previously advertised - PIN IT-336-3257-WCC 00003257.Worcestershire County Council want people with learning disabilities to be able to tell us what they think about the services we provide in Worcestershire. In Worcestershire this is achieved through the following forums;People's Parliament.The Learning Disability Partnership Board.Please refer to full tender documents for more information.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Tender will be run as Light Touch Regime, a modified open procedure based on Regulations 27, and 74-76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, and will comprise of one application stage; selection and evaluation being run concurrently. Only Bidders meeting selection requirements will be considered for evaluation and award of the contract. Providers must pass the Standard Selection Questionnaire.The contract for the service will be for a period of three years with the option to extend up to a further 2 years. It is anticipated that the contract will start October 2023. Further details of the Service required, and the Tender process are set out in the document set for this Tender. TUPE may apply.Evaluation will be based on 5 questions, ratio 90% quality, 10% social value,. Price is not an element of evaluation as the service budget is determined by the Council.
