The Authority wishes to award a contract for a Service Provider to work with York and North

Yorkshire Skills and Employability Board to deliver a York and North Yorkshire Enterprise

Adviser Network and Careers Hub.

The contract is to maintain the Careers Enterprise Company (CEC) Careers Hub and

Enterprise Advisor Network (EAN) in York and North Yorkshire.

The estimated total value at II 1.5 and II 2.6 has been increased to cover any additional grant

funding allocations throughout the contract duration. Please note the funding is allocated on

an annual basis. The current annual value for the initial contract term, 1 September 2021 to

31 August 2022 is £338,000 of this £236,000 is grant funding by the Department for

Education. £102,000 must be matched funded by the successful bidder. If grant funding

increases/decreases throughout the contract period we will negotiate with the successful

bidder on the impact this will have on the continued service delivery. We reserve the right to

extend the contract for further 4 years on a 1+1+1+1 basis (4x12 months), subject to

satisfactory performance and funding.
