The University currently has 1,070 full time students with an average daily attendance of 900 onsite.

The University is opened 3 x 10 Weeks (Oct – Dec, Jan – Mar, Apr – Jun) and 1 x 10 weeks additional for Postgraduate.

The contract being tendered is for three years in duration from 1st August 2024 to 31st July 2027 with the option to extend for 2 x 1 year extension.

The University currently has 1,070 full time students with an average daily attendance of 900 onsite.

The contract offered covers the scope for the provision of all catering services within the University. Catering is currently configured over two outlets; the Coffee shop on the ground floor open to students, staff and the public and the Canteen; located in the student Hub on the first floor with the following opening times.

Café - Term time

Monday - Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm

Saturday: 9.00 - 5.00pm.

Out of term

Monday - Saturday: 9.00am – 5.00pm.

The Café is also open late on public production evenings, closing after the interval.

Canteen - Term time

Monday – Friday 8am – 3pm
