DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BUILD HOUSING

The Council is developing a DPS to enable efficient appointment of pre-evaluated key suppliers required as part of its New Build Housing programme. This DPS is intended to be used over the next four years, which may be extended for three further two year periods at the sole discretion of the Council, (to a maximum of ten years). In addition, suppliers may also be appointed for Works of a similar nature to domestic and commercial / industrial premises, which could include refurbishment/conversions, and construction. The bulk of the contracts are likely to be JCT Design and Build 2016 contracts.
