Engagement process description
The Defence Water Services Programme is looking to engage with the potential service providers to help shape the delivery of services after the expiry of the Aquatrine PFIs. The nature of engagement will be in a variety of ways, such as bilateral discussions, surveys and questionnaires, industry engagement events and other formats as required.
Further UK2 Preliminary Market Engagement Notices may be issued as engagement process evolves.

Engagement on this Programme commenced in December 2022, under the PCR15 regime, and has included 2 Industry days, one in March 2023 and one in February 2025, as well as a series of Bi-Lateral meetings with interested parties.
