Scope
Description
To procure a service provider to deliver a comprehensive start to end retrofit customer services journey for able to pay residents.
This service will provide the support and guidance to the “able to pay” residents through installing retrofit measures which will increase uptake the of domestic energy efficiency and clean energy retrofit technologies.
This contract is a concession contract where the Concessionaire may offer the Council a concession fee for the privileges awarded by the concession contract which includes the use of the Council branding etc. For further details see the service specification and tender pack.
