North Northamptonshire Council are pleased to advise we will be procuring an Independent Living (with support) provision, for Individuals aged 55+.
Provision will enable over 55's including those living with physical/sensory disabilities, Mental Health conditions including dementia, and learning disabilities (where this type of Specialist Housing is an individual's preferred option) to receive high quality Care and Support.

PROVIDER EVENT
North Northamptonshire Council are pleased to advise we will be procuring an Independent Living (with support) provision, for Individuals aged 55+.
Provision will enable over 55's including those living with physical/sensory disabilities, Mental Health conditions including dementia, and learning disabilities (where this type of Specialist Housing is an individual's preferred option) to receive high quality Care and Support.
North Northamptonshire's vision is that Independent Living provision is able to provide flexible and adaptable care and support to enable individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
Individuals will receive support with activities of daily living and access to social and leisure opportunities including those within the wider community, in addition to any personal care requirements.
To enable this, Independent Living provision will be delivered using a strength based and outcomes focused model demonstrating innovation and quality of services. Providers must be to work in partnership with the Council to develop the service in line with best practice over the lifetime of the Contract.
- A Market Engagement event will be held on Monday 10th July 10-12noon ahead of proposed publication of tender during September 2023. This event seeks to engage with the Market surrounding detail of the provision as well as offering procurement support surrounding the tendering of bids. It is envisaged this event will be a hybrid due to room capacity.
