two.1) Scope of the procurement

two.1.4) Short description

The requirement is for a full annual summer maintenance programme of the University's Oriam grass pitches, the purpose of which is to maintain the pitches to an international standard for football, rugby and other sports.

The maintenance programme, done in consultation with the facility and aligned to the budget, includes but not limited to, the following:

- Top surface of pitch being stripped back

- Pitch Scarification

- Top Dressing

- Over Seeding

- Drainage works

- Visits throughout the year to check the standard of the pitch

- Schedule of fertilisation and supply of fertiliser (if applicable)

The University will hold site visit days. These are currently being finalised and will be communicated at a later date with interested parties able to book-in via. Doodle Poll.
