two.2.4) Description of the procurement

NWS intends to establish 2 frameworks: the ISWF (Site Works) and the IDEF (Design and Engineering). NWS will work as an integrator between these two frameworks and will therefore seek to work in a collaborative manor with the winning suppliers on both frameworks.

Both Frameworks will be tendered in line with the Open Procedure (inclusive of pass/fail supplier questionnaires) and there will be no preclusion to bidding on both frameworks independently.

Prospective tenderers will note the wide capabilities required for both frameworks in the areas of engineering, civils work, demolition, contaminated land remediation and characterisation.
