Perth & Kinross Council (‘the Council’) is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Provider to provide care and support to 5 individuals within their own tenancies, whose needs are primarily related to their diagnosis of Learning Disability, Autism, Physical Disability and/or Mental Health furthermore, there may be a requirement to provide sleepover support to additional individuals within close proximity to the project. The composition of the project will comprise of individuals who have either complex or moderate needs because of their diagnosis.
